HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL FILES AFTER PURCHASE?
You will be able to download your files from the confirmation page right after purchasing.
You will also receive an email with a download link. Remember to check your spam folder .
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY DOWNLOAD LINK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes it ends up there.
If you still don’t see it, email us at support@darko.media with your order number and we’ll resend your files right away.
CAN I USE THE DIGITAL TEMPLATES FOR MULTIPLE PROJECTS?
Yes — once you purchase, the templates are yours to use across any number of projects and collections
The only restriction is resale or redistribution. You can’t resell or repackage any of the files — even if you’ve customized them.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A DIGITAL PRODUCT?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you run into any issues with your files or have concerns, please reach out — we’re always here to help you.
ARE YOUR TEMPLATES COMPATIBLE WITH MY SOFTWARE?
Each product listing includes a list of supported formats and compatible software.
For most templates, we recommend using Adobe illustrator as it has the most customization options. But Canva also works very well.
If you have specific questions about file types, email us — we’ll guide you.
CAN I FULLY CUSTOMIZE THE TEMPLATES?
Yes. Our templates are designed to be fully editable and easy to integrate into your workflow.
For best results, use Adobe Illustrator or other vector-friendly softwares (unless otherwise stated).
